FjällViva is a sparkling water in the making, drawn from the mountains above Åre. Each bottle is meant to be treated the way a fine Scotch is finished, so that provenance and craft carry as much weight as what is inside.

A quiet kind of luxury

Water that has travelled through snow, stone and time asks for very little: a vessel worthy of it, and patience. FjällViva will be released in small, hand-numbered editions of a single 750 ml bottle, beginning with edition N° 001.

It is being shaped for the tables where water is chosen with intent: fine hotels, restaurants, water tasting menus and private clients around the world.

    The source

    Water drawn from the Åre fjäll in Jämtland, where snowmelt filters slowly through mountain stone.
